Congressman Ted Poe

Congressman Poe has been the standard bearer for conservative principles for decades.  From his time as prosecutor with the Harris county DA's office through his tenure on the bench as a criminal court judge and to his service as a United States Congressman, Ted Poe has demonstrated a consistent record of  respect for the rule of law, of protection for US citizens, and of love for our country.  As a  United States Congressman, Ted Poe has applied common-sense conservativism  as an antidote against the dangers of the liberal agenda advanced by the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid.  He has challenged the Supreme Court on it's unlawful usurpation of power, and he has represented the United States as part of a congressional delegation to observe Iraq's first election.  You will not want to miss Congressman Poe's perspective on what is happening in Washington, the Republican Party, and the world.

The Cherry Tree Republicans club is an organization devoted to upholding the ideals of the Republican Party of Texas Platform.  The focus of the Cherry Tree Republicans is on conservative, pro-family issues. The Cherry Tree Republicans support this platform by providing a forum for individuals to discuss and learn about important, current issues, and by actively supporting candidates who will defend the existing conservative platform.

The Cherry Tree Republicans are dedicated to helping members of the local community learn about and participate in political activities. Monthly meetings provide members and guests the opportunity to exchange perspectives on local and national issues. Furthermore, the organization provides valuable training and guidance to members who are interested in seeking elected office.
